IVR Service Summary
This submenu gives the call details of the user-specified date and time. Enter the “Date From” and “Date To”, then click on Search.
A window with “Total Calls”, “Incoming Calls”, “Outgoing Calls” and “No. of Restart” will get displayed” as given below.
